15 days of free monitoring after every clean-up
Removing the malware is only half the job. The other half is making sure it stays gone. That's why every clean-up we do comes with daily monitoring, at no extra cost.
Why the first two weeks matter most
If a clean-up misses something, you usually find out fast. A backdoor that was overlooked tends to get used again within days, because the people running these attacks use automated tools that keep checking whether their access still works. A malicious scheduled task can rebuild infected files on its next run.
So the period right after a clean-up is when re-infection is most likely to happen, and when it's cheapest to catch. Spotting it on day three means a quick fix. Spotting it a month later, after Google has flagged your site again, means a second full clean-up and another wait for the warning to come off.
What we check every day
Malware scan
A scan of your site's files for known malware, backdoors and injected code.
File changes
We compare your files against the clean state we left them in. A new PHP file in the uploads folder, or a core file that's changed when no update ran, gets investigated the same day.
Blocklists
Google Safe Browsing and other major blocklists, so you hear from us before you hear from a customer.
Uptime
Whether the site loads. Some infections crash it outright.
What happens if something comes back
We look into it, clean it, and work out what we missed or what changed. You aren't charged for any of that within the 15 days. We'll let you know what happened, because if it's something on your side, like a reused password or a new plugin with a known vulnerability, you need to know.
What happens at the end
On day 15 you get a short summary of what we checked and anything we found. There's no automatic subscription and no card on file. If you'd like ongoing monitoring after that, we can talk about it, but you're under no obligation.
What the monitoring doesn't cover
To be clear about the limits: monitoring covers the site we cleaned. It doesn't include other websites on the same hosting account, new infections caused by plugins or themes installed after our clean-up, or general website maintenance and updates. If something like that comes up, we'll tell you and quote before doing any work.
