Terms of service

The service

HyperledgerIT ("we") removes malware from WordPress websites and monitors them for 15 days afterwards. The price and scope for your site are set out in the quote you accept.

Quotes and payment

We quote a fixed price before starting. If we find the job is significantly larger than expected, we stop and agree any change with you before continuing.

Payment is 100% in advance, once you have accepted the quote and before work begins.

Turnaround

We give you an estimated turnaround with your quote. Work starts once we have received payment and working access to your WordPress admin and hosting.

100% money-back guarantee

If we don't deliver the job we quoted for, you get 100% of your money back. In practice that means if we can't remove the malware from your site and get it working cleanly again, we refund the full amount you paid. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Free monitoring

For 15 days after the clean-up, we monitor the website we cleaned and remove any re-infection at no extra charge. This doesn't cover other websites on the same hosting account, infections caused by software added after our clean-up, or general maintenance.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you own the website or have permission to give us access to it. Please change the passwords you shared with us once the work is complete.

Liability

We take a full backup before making changes and take reasonable care throughout. No one can guarantee a website will never be hacked again, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
